Refund policy
Returns
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we have a 14 day return policy. Please contact us within this time to request a return and we must receive your return within 28 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unwashed. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If the item is returned showing signs of wearing or washing, your return will be rejected and the item will be sent back to you.
To request a return, contact us at ohsewbambino@gmail.com and we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The buyer will be responsible for return postage costs and any initial postage costs may not be refunded. We will not be held responsible for any items lost during return postage so please consider this when choosing your postage method.

Damages and issues
Please contact us immediately if the item is not up to our high standards or or in the unlikely event that you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it for you.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom size or design items are not eligible for a refund. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your item.
Exchanges
Due to the nature of our work, turnaround time means exchanges are not always possible. Please contact us if you would like an exchange and we will do our best to accommodate.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.
Missing orders
If an order is lost in post, after waiting the amount of time advised by Royal Mail, a replacement will be sent or a refund issued if preferred.
